Tyrus’s Early Life
Growing up, Tyrus always tower over his classmates. When Tyrus turned thirteen his dad took him to get a drivers license. The lady working the desk had to go ask her manager if it was okay to give Tyrus a license because he was so tall.

Tyruus’s height may have been influenced by his family. His father was 6’4″ and his mother was 5’10”. He has three brothers, two of whom are over 6 feet tall. Though Tyrus wasn’t the tallest in his family, he does tower over his sister, who is only 5’2″.

Tyrus was born on September 14, 1978, in a small town in Louisiana. He grew up poor, one of six children. His father was a drug addict and his mother worked two jobs to support the family. Despite their difficult circumstances, Tyrus’s parents stressed the importance of education to their children. Tyrus excelled in school and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Morehouse College.

Tyrus began his career in 2006 working for various news stations. He then joined Fox News in 2007 as a contributor. In 2010, he became a regular panelist on The Five. As of 2016, he continues to work as a correspondent for Fox News.
Tyrus’s early career
Tyrus (born George Murdoch) is an American actor, comedian, and retired professional wrestler. He is best known for his time in WWE under the ring name Brodus Clay. He was later assigned to NXT, where he competed as Tyrus.
Murdoch began his career in WWE’s developmental brand Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) in 2009. In 2010, he was part of the second season of NXT, but was eliminated from the competition in the early stages. He made his main roster debut in January 2011 as Alberto Del Rio’s bodyguard, but was later sent back to FCW. In November 2011, Murdoch returned to the main roster as a singles wrestler under the ring name Brodus Clay, with a gimmick of a dominating monster heel.
In February 2012, Clay won his first WWE Television Championship by defeats Dolph Ziggler. However, he lost the title back to Ziggler two weeks later. From April 2012 to May 2013, Clay was inactive due to an injury. He returned to television that June and quickly formed a tag team with Tensai known as Tons of Funk. The team won a Slammy Award for Tag Team of the Year and dissolved soon afterwards when Clay turned into a singles competitor after losing a “Funk-Off” dance contest to The Great Khali in October 2013. Over the next two years, Clay would align himself with Naomi as part of The Funkadactyls and with The Bella Twins respectively before being drafted back to Raw in 2016 as part of that year’s draft
Tyrus’s work as a commentator
Tyrus (born George Murdoch) is an American commentator, wrestler, and actor. He is signed to Fox News as a commentator and contributor. He frequently appears on The Greg Gutfeld Show, The Five, and Outnumbered.
Murdoch began his professional wrestling career in 2006 as Tyrus in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). In October 2014, he left TNA. In February 2015, he debuted in WWE as the black masked wrestler known as Brodus Clay. After his time in WWE ended in June 2016, Murdoch returned to TNA in August 2016 as Tyrus once again. He left the company in December 2017.
On March 27, 2018, it was announced that Murdoch would be joining The Greg Gutfeld Show as a co-host.

Tyrus is a well-known American television personality who currently works as a Fox News correspondent. He has been with the Fox News Channel since 2007. Tyrus is 6 feet tall and was born on May 3, 1978, in Atlanta, Georgia. He is married to former Miss USA, Jillian Warry. The couple has two children together.

In the end, does it really matter how tall Tyrus is? Probably not. But it’s interesting to compare him to other reporters in terms of height and see where he falls in line.
