How to Turn Off Apple News

If you’re not a fan of Apple News, you can easily turn it off and never see it again. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it.

Open the Settings app.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap News. Turn off Allow Notifications.

Scroll down and tap News.

If you’re not a fan of Apple News, or if you don’t want to be inundated with news stories every time you open up your iPhone or iPad, you can easily disable the feature. Here’s how:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Scroll down and tap News.

3. Toggle the switch next to Show in Banners to the Off position.

4. Toggle the switch next to Show in Lock Screen to the Off position.

5. Toggle the switch next to Show as Top Stories to the Off position.

6. That’s it! Apple News will no longer bother you with news stories that you don’t care about.

Tap the switch next to Allow Notifications to turn off notifications from Apple News.

Open the Apple News app.

Tap Following at the bottom of your screen, then tap the switch next to Allow Notifications to turn off notifications from Apple News.

Tap the switch next to Show in Banners to turn off banner notifications.

If you don’t want to be disturbed by notifications from the News app, you can turn off banner notifications. This will prevent banners from appearing at the top of your screen when new stories are published.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
3. Scroll down and tap News.
4. Tap the switch next to Show in Banners to turn it off.

Tap the switch next to Show in Lock Screen to turn off lock screen notifications.

Turning off Apple News notifications is a two-step process. First, you need to turn off the switch next to “Allow Notifications.” This will stop all notifications from appearing on your lock screen. If you want to take it a step further, you can also turn off the switch next to “Show in Lock Screen.” This will prevent any Apple News notifications from appearing on your lock screen altogether.

Tap the switch next to Show in History to turn off history notifications.

If you don’t want to be bothered by Apple News notifications, you can turn them off. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Scroll down and tap News.
4. Tap the switch next to Show in History to turn off history notifications.

Tap the switch next to Show Previews to turn off previews.

If you’re not a fan of seeing Apple News content in your Today view or lock screen, or if you simply want to save some battery life, you can turn off the feature altogether. Here’s how.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap News.

Tap the switch next to Show Previews to turn off previews.
