Gretchen Carlson: On July 6, 2016, Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes. Carlson’s lawsuit ultimately led to Ailes’ resignation from the network.

Megyn Kelly: On January 3, 2017, it was announced that Megyn Kelly would be leaving Fox News for NBC News. Kelly had been with Fox News since 2004.

Shepard Smith: On October 11, 2017, it was announced that Shepard Smith would be leaving Fox News after 23 years with the network. Smith is one ofFox News’ original hires and is one of the few openly gay people working at the conservative-leaning network.
